 Registration changes |

Because of repeated attacks by a spambot, I have had to configure registration so that new accounts need to be confirmed by an administrator. As this forum isn't active any more I don't think this will cause any problems.

Evidently that didn't stop him creating accounts, so I've disabled registration altogether.
